基礎打ちができる方！
初回体験無料です！（コーチ講習会を除く）
ノック練習やダブルスの動きの練習が出来る方であれば、年齢不問です。一緒に楽しみましょう！
中心メンバーは大人になってからバドミントンを始めた人がほとんどです。（メンバーは40代50代が多めです）。 基礎打ちやゲーム練習だけでなく、ノック練習や月に1回プロコーチの講習会などを行っています。
