Hello everyone! Nice to meet you. I'm RYO, the organizer of the circle "Lala-po Club" for learning Japanese and English ✨
This circle was established for individuals in the beginner to intermediate levels of learning Japanese and English who find it challenging to study languages alone and struggle to maintain motivation. Personally, I am currently engaged in ongoing English language learning.
I wanted to create a circle where members can:
- Ask questions and seek advice casually
- Progress in learning as affordably as possible
- Explore international exchange, even if it feels a bit awkward
- Occasionally engage in offline conversations
- Experience a frank environment alongside formal language classes
- Support and encourage each other in language learning
- Find enjoyment in language learning
While there may be similar circles, the key focus is on creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I hope to improve the group collaboratively with all participating members.
If you resonate with the above content, I look forward to your participation. I might not reply immediately, but feel free to message if you have any questions.
**Circle Overview:**
- **Eligibility:** Anyone under 60, regardless of nationality or gender
- **Capacity:** Around 10 members
- **Language Level:** Beginner to intermediate, advanced learners also welcome
- **Meeting Time:** Every Monday around 7 PM (subject to change based on member availability)
- **Location:** Inside Lala-port Fukuoka
- **Membership Fee:** Free (individuals needing food/drinks can bring their own or order on-site)
- **Online Activities:** Utilizing LINE's open chat for questions and interactions, IDs will be provided to participants
- **Other:** Non-profit, and recruitment will close once a certain number is reached due to manageable logistics.
**🚨 Rules 🚨**
1. **Respect and Friendliness**
- Maintain respect and friendliness in communication with other members. Discriminatory or aggressive behavior is prohibited.
2. **Focus on Language Goals**
- The circle's purpose is language learning. Cooperate with others and focus on improving language skills. Sales and solicitations are strictly prohibited.
3. **Equal Participation in Sessions**
- Provide equal opportunities for learning each other's desired languages. Avoid one-sided conversations or excessive focus on a specific language.
4. **Restrictions on Religious/Political Topics**
- Avoid discussions on religious and political topics within the circle to maintain a neutral and safe environment.
5. **Respect for Privacy**
- Respect members' privacy and handle the sharing of personal information carefully.
6. **Encourage Active Participation**
- Actively participate in circle activities and enjoy interactions with other members. Questions and suggestions are always welcome.
