Vardenafil is a prescription drug that is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis when sexually stimulated. Many vardenafil dosages are in 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg formats, and the correct dosage will depend on factors such as age, health, how well you respond to the drug and other medications you are on. Most adults will begin with a 10 mg dose about a half-hour to 1 hour before sexual activity, but a doctor may modify the dosage for you. Never take more than one dose in 24 hours.
